CPSM--驾照你考出来了,最近开车练习了吗?

前几天在微博看到有一条转发的消息:美国常青藤盟校公布的数据显示,中国考进这些美国名牌高校的留学生,居然有25%被退学。他们的共同特点都是曾经的高分考生,但却是“高分低能”,实际学习能力完全无法跟这些名校接轨,被强制退学。

这让我想起曾经一些采购高管跟我提过的,很多CPSM持有人完全不懂正规采购套路,光有证书,没有实际能力,甚至连这些专业语言一窍不通。比如,要求他做成本分析,他去做的是价格分析。中国人的考试能力的确很强,但采用的往往是取巧的途径,为考试而考试,忽略了准备考试的过程中最重要的吸收、掌握、补充和提高的部分,而把精力放在拼命做题,背答案上面。这样考出来的,在CPSM这种实践型认证项目面前,对企业和自身肯定没价值。

CPSM既是一些主流重要理念的集成,也是一套专业语言。但它的价值却不在证书里面,而是把这些理念在实践中使用从而产生价值的能力,是在工作中运用作为沟通工具的方法。考试通过,拿到了证书,只是第一步,刚对这套语言有了一个入门,好比刚考到了驾照。谁都知道,新照驾驶员开车有多危险,多谨慎,一不小心就成了马路杀手。新手一般需要练车1年以上,才开始…
